Protein is best for weight loss. Consuming food consisting of animal protein does not let you feel hungry for a long time.

Grow habit to have seasonal fruits in daily basis. These include Apples, pears, guavas, cucumbers, pineapples, papayas etc.

Dry fruits

You can eat different types of dry fruits. Eat almonds, walnuts. The good fats it contains help us lose weight

Add salad to your daily diet. A salad consists of a variety of vegetables. It contains a lot of fiber and antioxidants.

Food should be taken as per required in calories. Eating too much is not a good idea. It attracts digestion problems.
